Brehm, Worth

Description:  Boy and woman speaking outdoors.

Comment:  Worth Brehm is probably most famous for his illustrations for The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1910) and Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1911). This is somewhat later in his career, once he’d established himself as a great illustrator of juvenile subjects.

Condition Brittle board with some areas of foxing evident, one corner missing (though not affecting the image area). Not matted, not framed.
