Comment: Here’s a nice one, and what I’d count as a ‘modest’ Raleigh, which I think means Raleigh at his best. Just two figures, limited action and surroundings but the dynamism shown here is a real treat. This came in last fall on consignment from a large estate. It took me until recently to determine the story credits.
